The characteristic of a lens is that the closer to the center of the light source, the brighter it is, and the farther away, the softer the brightness is. So when a lens is used to illuminate something, it will create a bright illumination for the object, while the surrounding environment will be darker and have a higher contrast.
The characteristics of the reflective cup are: uniform brightness distribution, clear and distinct lines and contours of the wall. Therefore, using the reflective cup to illuminate, it not only provides uniform illumination for objects, but also retains a part of the residual light for the surrounding environment, ensuring that the entire environment is illuminated.
In general, both types of products have their own characteristics, and it is impossible to say which one will be replaced by which and which will be eliminated.
