Optical Design
Leveraging the Zemax professional design platform, combined with LightTools, we simulate and optimize the optical path of the lighting system, and utilize DIALux for real-world lighting verification.
Our engineering team is proficient in aspheric and free-form optical design. Through precise optical simulation and analysis, we ensure optimal light distribution and energy efficiency in optical systems, providing customers with comprehensive solutions from optical design to lighting solutions.

Nano-scale Precision Machining
Honju utilizes a Beijing Jingdiao five-axis high-speed machining center, achieving ±1μm machining accuracy for mold cavities and a surface roughness of Ra0.05μm. Using specialized processes such as wire-cutting and mirror-finishing EDM, combined with nano-scale precision engraving technology, we ensure the precise replication of microstructure optical features, laying the foundation for the manufacture of high-quality optical components.

High-Performance Injection Molding Equipment
Honju is equipped with over 50 high-performance injection molding machines, equipped with intelligent temperature control systems (±0.5°C) and vacuum molding devices. Professional staff conduct real-time monitoring to ensure product dimensional stability and consistent optical performance, resulting in a 99% yield rate in mass production.
Professional Optical Testing
Honju has established a comprehensive optical laboratory equipped with testing equipment such as goniophotometers, integrating spheres, and illuminometers. These precisely measure key parameters such as luminous flux, light distribution curves, and color temperature, ensuring that each batch of products meets design requirements. Authoritative test reports are provided to customers.
