Packaging and Transportation
We understand that every lens, after precision manufacturing and rigorous testing, must arrive at your production line in pristine condition. Therefore, we utilize customized, multi-layered, impact-resistant packaging. After full inspection, all products are immediately dust-free packaged to prevent scratches and dust contamination during transportation. We then design and utilize custom blister trays, honeycomb paper dividers, or EVA foam grooves, depending on the size and fragility of the product, to provide secure support and cushioning, ensuring it withstands even intense shaking. We use high-strength cardboard for outer packaging, clearly labeled for moisture resistance, pressure resistance, and orientation.
Our goal is simple yet unwavering: to ensure that what you see upon unpacking is exactly as we inspected it before packing.
