FAQ
We support customization. Our professional team can provide customized services throughout the entire process from product design to production, creating exclusive products based on your needs.
Check our Custom Solution
We have a minimum order quantity (MOQ) for our products, which is primarily based on factors such as production costs and efficiency. The specific MOQ varies depending on the product model and the complexity of the production process. However, we usually keep a stock of our best-selling products. We will fully support new customers.
We can design optics and molds based on samples. Upon receiving the sample, our professional optical engineers and mold designers will conduct a comprehensive analysis of the sample, including optical performance, structure, dimensions, and other aspects. Then, using specialized design software and tools, combined with our production processes, we will design an optical solution and mold that meets your needs.

This product primarily utilizes optical-grade materials, with optical-grade PMMA and PC being the most common. Optical-grade PMMA offers high light transmittance and excellent weather resistance, resisting degradation in outdoor environments. PC, on the other hand, offers excellent flexibility, high strength, and strong impact resistance, effectively protecting the internal optical structure.
Our products offer excellent UV resistance. The PMMA and PC materials we use inherently possess certain UV resistance properties, and some products incorporate special UV-resistant additives to further enhance their resistance. Professional UV aging testing has shown that, under conditions simulating prolonged sunlight exposure, our products effectively resist UV damage, slowing material aging while maintaining excellent optical and physical properties.
Our optical lens products are diverse and highly compatible with a wide range of LED chips.
Once the customer confirms their information, we'll produce a design within 2 days, a trial mold within 7 days, and a full-size mold within 25 days. The mass production timeline will be determined based on actual quantity.
During the mass production phase, we implement a strict quality control system, including the following sampling inspection plan:
- Incoming Material Inspection: Each batch of raw materials undergoes optical performance testing, and key raw materials undergo a full inspection system.
- In-Process Inspection: Five pieces are sampled every two hours for dimensional inspection, three pieces are sampled every four hours for optical performance testing, and first and last pieces are fully inspected during each shift.
- Finished Product Inspection: 100% visual inspection is performed, 30 pieces are randomly sampled daily for full dimensional inspection, 10 pieces are sampled per batch for optical performance testing, and environmental reliability testing is conducted weekly.
- Pre-Packaging Inspection: Product cleanliness is checked, packaging material suitability is verified, and label accuracy is verified.
Lens lead time generally depends on order quantity, production schedule, and product complexity. The normal delivery time is 3 to 10 daysMold lead time is relatively long because mold development involves multiple steps, including design, processing, and commissioning. We generally ensure mold production is completed within 25 days.
Honju lenses offer unique advantages over other lenses. Our team of professional optical engineers ensures precise light distribution. We strictly use high-performance, long-life materials, ensuring superior UV and high-temperature resistance, and resisting yellowing and aging over time. With nearly 20 years of experience in production, we utilize advanced equipment and a strict quality control system to ensure superior dimensional accuracy, superior appearance, and consistent quality throughout mass production.
